  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

  • During sales or high-volume periods, processing times may extend slightly.


2. Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times depend on your location:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–12 business days

  • Express Shipping (if available): 2–5 business days

  • International Shipping: May vary by destination

Shipping times do not include processing time.


3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

  • Some promotions may include free shipping.


4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.


5. Delays & Exceptions

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Customs processing

  • Weather conditions

  • Carrier delays

  • Incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer


6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

  • We will help resolve the issue by filing a claim or sending a replacement (when applicable).


7. Incorrect Address

If you entered an incorrect address:

  • Contact us immediately.

  • If the order has already shipped, we cannot change the destination and are not responsible for misdelivery.
